TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT POLICY OF THE SDA3

  1. This site does not challenge any legitimate (i.e. prior registered and documented) Trademark claims of Games Workshop Ltd. or its affiliate companies that were in publication prior to our own postings*. Our material was for entertainment and hobby purposes only, and actually promotes the sale, use, and expansion of the Games Workshop product line and intellecutal properties prior to 2013 fraud to extort our family and misuse of our legal name to do so by licensees of GAMES WORKSHOP GROUP, now under formal complaint.

  2. This site is not an official publication of Games Workshop Ltd. and all rules posted herein are 'unofficial' by that regard. Use them at your own risk.

The individual authors and SDA3 hold copyright over the publications herein, and reserve Copyright as is their right under the Berne Convention and applicable US Law.

Permission to reproduce this material is strictly limited, and requires written notice from the SDA3 or the applicable author(s). You may use this material for private in-home play, but sale or rental or other franchise is strictly prohibited without a contract licensing agreement with the SDA3.

  3. Some artwork at this site is obtained from publications by Games Workshop. This site does not claim copyright over THOSE specific pieces of art.

All other media is copyright SDA3 and the associated author. If you feel one of your pieces of artwork is being displayed at the SDA3 site without permission, contact the SDA3 and IT WILL BE REMOVED (unless you specify otherwise in you letter). This is the POLICY of the SDA3 regarding hobby support and Internet media.

  4. Original Fiction and Artwork Copyright © 1996-2009 SDA3.

SDA3 is an acronym for the Shadowdancers Alternative Arts Association. Corporate Offices are located in The Great State of Oklahoma (USA). This copyright specifically excludes material that has formerly been published before our claim by Games Workshop Ltd. or its affiliate companies. It does apply to any material that is 'taken' from our site and appears in fan publications. If you want to publish something, please contact our home office by email.
