False claims by GAMES WORKSHOP to allege ownership of "STRYX" or related brands already in use and registered TRADEMARKS in 1992 first use, appear unlawful transfer of title then appearing in publications by GAMES WORKSHOP and WHITE WOLF PUBLISHING, prior used in EVE ONLINE by the lawful owner of the mark in registered trade.

CCP GAMES honored early work and characters in EVE ONLINE by creating a statute of the STRYX character and other characters (3) to commemorate the work of James Allen and other alpha software developers.

Similar work for PIRANNA GAMES using the "STRYX" registered mark, and alien race in "BEYOND WAR" a registered work, makes the fraudlent claims of trademark a criminal matter in human trafficking by those persons suggesting false sale of the brand, alien character, and to damage the product of James Allen named in connection to the child abduction in 2001 August.

False claims to suggest a legal cause in this taking and concealment is part of an organized and Interstate crime themed unregistered foreign agent activity for foreign firms engaging in support of this abuse.
